Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

We offer hassle-free returns with postage paid on eligible orders. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team.
